Billing details
- How am I billed?
- Every company starts with a free 14-day trial, no card needed. After that it's £350 a month or £3,600 a year (two months free), charged on the day you subscribe. Our payment partner Paddle handles the payment and your invoices.
- Is VAT included?
- Any VAT due is worked out from your billing address and shown at checkout before you pay. Invoices with VAT details are available in Billing.
- Does every person need a licence?
- No. One subscription covers your whole company, including staff, managers and your payroll provider.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from Billing in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
- What if a payment fails?
- We show a banner asking you to update your card. Your data stays safe while the payment is retried.
- Which cards do you accept?
- Major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
